For the first time in 6 years DH and I are going for a night in a hotel...whoop!!
Its not till early June, so am hoping it will at least be slightly warm!
I generally tend to dress down, and accessorize. I think it is a fairly low key type of place. I have got a nice LBD I enjoy wearing which I will take in case I feel like it....but am just wondering..out of this and this...which do you prefer?
I would probably wear either with sandals or my trusty comfy heels. Maybe ankle boots.
Would also have this jackety thing.

Ooooh lovely, lucky you!

The shorter version definitely. Hope you have good small boobs or a decent bra

Also have you actually ordered this? Asos can be so hit and miss with sizes!

I prefer the first dress, but think the second one goes better with the jacket and heels linked.

I don't like the shorter version at all.
I do like the long one though :)

Thanks...I am leaning more towards the longer dress I think, because it will be more useful generally, and will probably go better with the other bits I am thinking to take, as you said Bike.
Queen..my boobs are fairly small, but have seen better days, for sure! They may just about do in this dress with some hardcore scaffolding (and the jacket to cover up if all else fails!).

Definitely the shorter one. It's cute and flirty. Love it!

I'm quite surprised that most people are leaning towards the shorter dress. Must just be me then Confused I think it looks clingy, especially the top half and a bit cheap looking. I think the long one looks quite classic and with the right fit would make you look stunning with the clogs or gladiator sandals and nice jewellery.

Definitely the longer one, especially with the shoes and jacket linked. It looks casual but stylish. The first looks a bit cheap IMO.

I prefer the maxi. The cut of the bodice of the first is very very challenging for anyone without seriously toned upper arms and shoulders.
