Takes me 15 minutes. I vary brands often, according to recommendations, deals or whatever takes my fancy in the shop at the time of purchase.

I wear, in order of application:

Foundation
Powder
Blusher
Eyeshadow (Light brown on the lid, shimmery cream up to the eyebrows, blended)
Eyeliner
Mascara
Eyebrow filler stuff

I wear body shop primer, a dash of lily lilo minerals powder, body shop under eye concealer, blusher, eyeliner and mascara.

Lipstick. Most days. About 20seconds application time!

Tinted moisturiser, creme blush, mascara, tinted lip gloss. Takes about 5 mins. Brands vary.

I get my eyebrows threaded, and brows and lashes tinted so they don't need much daily help. Getting good skin definitely cuts down on the amount of makeup required.

At the moment I still have a residual tan from October half term so;

Dior Glow Maximiser.
Guerlain bronzer.
Pop of Nars blusher.
Mascara ( various).
Lip gloss ( various).

This is the minimum. And takes 5/10 mins.

SoWhite in a school but on maternity. I've never had any employer mention my eyelashes, they're not massive so don't look really obvious

Marks and Spencers Pur Minerals range.

For work:

  1. Tinted moisturiser
  2. 4in1 pressed make up compact
  3. blusher
  4. mascara
  5. lipstick

For home: just the 4in1 compact. Makes me look alive. Which is hard to do sometimes!

time: 5/7 mins approx?

It's a natural look make up and doesn't feel heavy on my skin. I have used it for a few years now having always used the American Minerals make up. I can recommend it strongly. Comes off easily too.

Fair enough Zali. I love wearing false lashes, I'd do so everyday if I wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb in meetings.

SoWhite I prefer them to mascara, they really finish off a look. I'm lucky I've never worked anywhere with a conservative makeup policyv

SoWhite · 19/12/2015 19:32

There isn't a make up policy as such, but it a workplace full of very high earning egos. I feel very self conscious in anything that isn't natural looking there, like I'm not being taken seriously enough to do the same job as them.

It is a great shame.

Daily - I give myself some eyebrows
ybf (Your Best Friend) brow pencil.

It's not that I'm a fantastic natural beauty, but I don't want to worry about my make-up at work.

Lily Lolo mineral powder foundation
Barry M brow palette
MAC gel eyeliner (think pin up look)
Some kind of Rimmel mascara (no idea which one off the top of my head!)
Bare Minerals warmth bronzer
Vaseline on my lips
If I'm going to work or out for the evening I use a MAC lip liner in either a dark berry shade or a true red, and MAC lipstick to match.

Smashbox face primer
Nars eye primer
YSL foundation
Mac blusher
Guerlain Meteorites
Nude eyeshadow, either from the Urban Decay Basics set, or an Estée Lauder one
Mascara - currently Bobbi Brown
Benefit Browzings
Lipstick - always red, have dozens, all different brands
May do black flicky eyeliner too, depending on time and what I'm wearing

Usually about five minutes, but if I'm going out, I'll do more interesting eye makeup and a lot of eyeliner.

Clinique CC cream, Benefit blusher, Clinique glossy mascara and a combination of Burts Bees lip balm and Clarins lipstick.

I do a bit of eyeshadow when I go out in the evening, but otherwise that's my lot.
