... and it's all a bit new. I've never worn foundation before, but this is really nice. It's 'Laura Geller' stuff. It's a powder that swirls on, but then feels a bit like a cream. Anyway, my question is - would you put under eye concealer on underneath or on top of something like that?

I always put foundation, concealer, powder

Once I put concealer on first under one eye and foundation first under the other and I couldn't tell the difference. So I don't know, but would like a definitive answer.

I'm amazed your partner got the right shade etc for you !

If it's a powder I would put under eye concealer on before the foundation

Concealer, blend thorn powder just over the concealed area. This will prevent it from moving when you put your foundation on Smile

There were only four to choose from apparently, and he went for the 'Jennifer Aniston' shade, on the basis that I had the 'Rachel' at one point Grin

I've used the Laura Geller powder foundation. I always use concealer underneath or use it over cream foundation & concealer as a finishing powder.

Is it the balance and brighten? I'm always tempted by that, how is it?

Yes, it's balance and brighten - I've got nothing to compare it with as I've never used foundation before. But it makes me look 'awake' and not grey, which was becoming a bit of an issue, so I'm happy. I'm using the concealer under it and then swirling it on as it's a powder.
