I keep reading bits and pieces like salmon is good for young looking skin and eating lots of raw food give you energy and a healthy glow but is there a diet that is sort of prettifying?
What foods can be added to your diet that boost skin and hair and eyes and glowiness?
Sort of like treating from the inside as well as with creams and masks on the outside.
