Beauty Diet?

I keep reading bits and pieces like salmon is good for young looking skin and eating lots of raw food give you energy and a healthy glow but is there a diet that is sort of prettifying?

What foods can be added to your diet that boost skin and hair and eyes and glowiness?

Sort of like treating from the inside as well as with creams and masks on the outside.

Two things will make a massive difference, two things with undo all your hard work.

Water and fat. Fuck loads of water, good fats though, loads of oily fish and advocado.

Stay out of the sun and don't smoke.

Low carb diets typically result in great skin but only because the decent fats skyrocket and processed stuff and sugar decease.

Seeds and nuts are tip top fats too.

Agree, I did the whole30 which is paleo so low carb/ no processed foods and i look pregnancy glossy and glowing with nails that could cut glass grin

Water. I've not drunk enough of it this last two weeks and my skin looks flat and my lines under my eyes are very visible.

Oily fish 2-3 x a week, avocados, almonds, brazils and walnuts, olive oil, no caffeine, no booze, little sugar, ( causes collagen to break down), use sun screen every day, don't smoke and get exercise daily outside if possible.

Yep, Whole 30 was amazing for me, too. A couple of people asked if I was pregnant because of the glow.

I don't smoke and am casper pale so don't tan either. Should really start doing the daily sun cream thing though.

Salmon and spinach and a teeny bit of olive oil for tea tonight!

Blueberries and strawberries for breakfast but ate a full bag of chocolate popcorn for lunch.

I'm still doing it, I liked it so much it's turned into a whole90!

I honestly don't feel like I'm missing out because there is always fruit or veggies to snack on and I love meat!
