Made of polyester of course. Must be so sweaty...

bit 70's for me

Hideous - no wonder they're reduced.

And they make the models bum/thighs look big which I'm guessing takes some doing.

Awful. Autograph Weekend used to be the only M and S range I bought from, but in recent seasons Autograph seems to have become as tacky - and sometimes, as here, plain bizarre - as their other 'ranges'.

alot of the clothes are awful at the moment in most shops. I wanted a top but they were all made of viscose and not very pleasant and I don't particularly like the styles or colours this year.

bring back some cotton tops please.

Alemci. I am old enough to remember the seventies and I don't think I ever saw anything like that back then......

yes I grew up in them. just the styling of the trousers maybe but they are hideous whatever they are likened too IMO.

Arf. It just looks like she has a series of spillages on her trews.

Well, someone likes them, 65+ reviewer. Perhaps more of a Gransnet fashion item.

So hideous!!! Blimey not sure you could Give those away!

Don't assume many people over 60 would actually like that awful unstylish rubbish, though. My friends of that age certainly wouldn't!

I'm really surprised those are Autograph! Now, if you've said Per Una Speziale ...

I wouldn't wear them, but I don't think they are the worst trousers in history, and I don't see what the problem with a flare cut is. If you like flares, wear flares. I can think of several ladies they would suit very well.

Oh dear lord they are hideous!!

OMG - hideous and unflattering even on the skinny model - no wonder they are reduced!

I've never seen anything like these before, not even novelty pyjamas Grin

Yotamsrazor · 03/03/2013 18:58

What IS there problem do you reckon? How could they even THINK more than a handful (at most probably) of people would actually want to wear these abominations? Flares are one thing, this are quite another! Eeeek and double eeek

I reckon Nancy Dell'Olio wears this kind of thing while relaxing on her chaise longue being fed grapes by a toga-clad muscle-bound hunk.

Hahaha! There was a part person, part tree type alien on Dr Who once. Those troos remind me of her.

Ghastly.
