1950's tea dresses

I love the whole curvy 1950's thing, and I would love to get some tea dresses for summer, the ones with the underskirt to make them flair out. Anyone seen any places that sell them?

If you have any vintage stores close by, you will often find that they sell a small retro range too. I prefer the real deal vintage though and there are plenty of online stores. You will also find that Etsy is awash with this type of dress.

Ha! Just posted this in another thread. Try Tiger Milly - they do 50s dresses and petticoats.

Go to Amazon and search for 1950s dresses. Take your pick of dresses around £35! Went to a friend's hen do and most of us got dresses from Amazon and were pleased with quality Smile

Ahh this is my kind of thread Grin

Lindy bop are fab and with the code FACEBOOK10 most of the dresses are only £26.99 which is quite reasonable for vintage style.

Queen of Holloway are also brilliant, as are Chic Star, Stop Staring, Big Beautiful Barbara Brown, Collectif I also really like the look of Polka Dot Polly's dresses.

Can someone explain Vivien's disturbing logo? Half-naked chained happy smoking woman, wtf?

Lindy bop have 25% off until the end of march using code MARCH25 :)

Another recommendation here for Tara Starlet (well, not for me, but my gorgeous DD loves their stuff)

This is my favourite S&B thread ever! I love all of those sites. Marking my place so I can look properly when I'm at home later.
