How often do you wash your hair?

My hair is very dry and really only needs washing twice a week. However I wash it more than that as it is very fine and just looks a hideous mess within a day of washing it. I probably wash it every other day and blow dry it every time.
How often do you wash your hair? Do you blow dry and straighten it every time? Dies it frazzle it to bits? If not, what products do you use?

I wash mine twice a week (fine hair, a lot of it and would be too flyaway otherwise). I only blow-dry it now, I used to straighten it but the condition got so bad I asked my hairdresser to take off 4 inches to get to the better conditioned part. Since then I started using Kerastase Resistance products which have made a world of difference. I also use Percy and Reed Finishing Polish (to add definition to the layers) and Moroccan oil before blowdrying to make it soft.

2-3 times a week.

In between, I just wash my fringe

I wash it every day with Aveda and let it dry naturally.

every other day and blow dry it or I look like I've worn a chip-pan hat.

Sometimes I cheat with dry shampoo.

I wash, dry and straighten mine every day. It's not in great condition but its not too bad. I use Aussie shampoo and conditioner which is great.

Once every three days but use dry shampoo on the last day.

It is to try and preserve ridiculous colour (it is partly bright purple) as I use Directions colour and it needs re doing after 3 washes or so.

Oh, and it's not frazzled to bits, I use tresemme heat protection spray. I might dream that it works, it's the only one that doesn't make my hair really greasy though.

4 to 5 times a week and leave it to dry naturally. I'm on mat leave so I don't have to rush out in the morning.

Most days. I sometimes leave it a day if I'm not doing anything but much prefer freshly washed hair on me.
Mine is fine and needs a good blow dry to look like anything half decent

6 days a week, not saturdays.

Never blow dry it though.

I use argan oil to stop it going frizzy, it sort of works.

Twice a week, maybe a bit sooner when overdue for a cut or have been wearing a hat a lot in the snow!
No, I only blow it dry about in in 3 or 4 times
No I never straighten it.

HQhair.com, they often have discounts (I subscribe to Lisa Eldridge's newsletter and you can get an additional 20% off some of their products this week - lisasmakeupbunnies is the code if anyone is interested). My mum stocked up after she tried some of my shampoo!

Not sure, I will not be honest about it.
It doesn't look any better after I wash it, but it feels marginally softer when freshly washed.
Also very dry hair, it's the first thing hairdressers comment about, and then how much of it there is.
Never blow dry or heat treat or whatever. My daughter first saw a hair dryer when she was 6 and was utterly fascinated at the idea. Blush

Daily. But then, I don't do anything with it. Wash, comb and let it dry.

Every day. I excercise 4 days as week and have oily hair. Hair is thick, shiny and healthy.
