I meant to text you back NP, sorry. I really wish I could make it but that is the last weekend the restaurant is open so the next couple of weeks are going to be a bit crazy for me. I feel like I have to pull my weight a bit and show willing especially since I have a hair appointment and a doula thing to skive off to between now and the end of the month so a girly long lunch in Edinburgh would be taking the piss out of my dh slaving away.

So essentially it is a girlie lunch. Sounds good! I know Gomez already and paractically feel I know you Nailpolish, so I will to try to come along.

Didn't get round to checking with dh last night - forgot we had a "Curriculum Workshop" at the school last night, telling us all about what and how ds would learning in P3.

Looks like I can make it next week - but it might be with ds. My SIL has just had her baby 10 days early, so might be a bit occupied to look after ds - and dh is off to watch his football team (he took ds yesterday and doesn't want to take him again).

Wow - I'd love to meet you as well Pruners.

I've met Gomez already and she is lovely (and accepts that I am a baaaaad parent) and I've long wanted to meet Nailpolish. You're another one I'd have liked ot meet as someone who seemed like "PLU" (People Like Us".

Might not be able to come now Ds has just been invited to a party on Saturday - 2-4, and the logisitcs of getting him there may mean that I have to be around.

Most inconsiderate of my SIL to have her baby!
