I recently sold a BN raincover for a Loola & overcharged on postage by £2.50.

I contacted the buyer & explained that I had overcharged & needed to refund but as I had no funds in my PP account could he give me his email address so I could send the funds.

The buyer left positive feedback & just sent me this message 'No need to, thanks though. just call it a thank you payment as its beltin, cheers'

Nice itsn't it, I had a buyer telephone to to say thanks, tell me how much she loved the coat she had just bought and how well it fitted her etc. etc. I must be getting soft in my old age as I was really touched.

It is actually, I don't know about you but I fret like mad until I get the feedback even though I know everything is ok.

I've only had one bad experience, where a lady bought a bag from me and then contacted me to say it was brown and not grey (why I would list a brown bag as a grey is anyone's guess but hey) and then, after I had given her a full refund and paid for it's return with no fuss, left a really nasty neutral feedback - gobsmacked.

But they happy ending was that I relisted, got double the price and a lovely, pleased new buyer. But the bad ones do really stick in your memory.

I was irrationally upset. I should have, in hindsight, told her to bugger off as now I realise she was trying it on; I'm sure she expected me let her keep the bag as it only sold for £4 (it was a M&P changing bag). So I expect she got shirty because her scam didn't work.

Funny how the bag had changed back to dark grey in the post though!

See how irrational I am, I'm still going on about it now!
