Hi ladies, our March 2021 TTC Bus seems to be full up, would be a shame not to continue. So looking forward to sharing all our BFP's 🤗
I'm sorry if I forgot some people, totally unintentional. Quite a lot on the other thread.

Morning all, hoping I can jump on for some adviceGrin

I came off my pill in January, had a withdrawal bleed start of feb and then what I believe was my normal period 22nd feb. I was expecting to greet AF 22nd March or around that date yet I’m still here waiting. I’ve got tender nipples, nausea, insomnia, diarrhoea (in the morning, sorry TMI) and mild back ache. I’ve tested a couple of times and both negative, I didn’t dispose of the tests straight away and when I come to them later there was a faint line on both but I understand this is probably inaccurate. I don’t track my ovulation properly but from what I feel, I ovulated around 14/15th so I’d expect to it come on my period by now or at least started spotting. I’m so overrrrrrrrr negative tests, but also dying to test again. Anyone else had similar? When should I test again xx

Can I join too please?! Trying to conceive #1, 7 months & 1 miscarriage down. Static smiley on clear blue OPKs yesterday but husband away- typical. Soooo tired of pregnancy announcements on social media, is it just me or are there more than normal?...,
Good luck everyone!

@leigha22 hi! I came off the pill the beginning of January had my withdraw bleed then had my first period on feb the 7th which was a longer cycle then my second period came on the 8th of March, I'm now 5dpo so hoping for a bfp this month! It could be that your periods are irregular and may take a little while longer to see af again or it could be that you have just ovulated later this month, maybe wait another week and take another test to see, I've heard people say that periods can become irregular after stopping the pill x

amyannx · 31/03/2021 09:44

@leigha22 also maybe use a first response test if you aren't already and test in the next few days if there was a faint line and use first morning urine, then if still negative maybe wait a week as some people take longer to see a proper line it all depends on the hcg x

Hi @Kipkay35 I'm sorry for your loss❤️ don't lose hope, I also had mc on my 1st pregnancy, but went on to have a healthy DD pretty quickly and DS not too long after so 🤞for you. I'm currently ttc no3 , 1st cycle after mc in feb, on CD11. You are so right 🙈everywhere I go someone's pregnant or has a very new baby. Just imagine it could be you this time next year xx

@leigha22 that's very frustrating for you🤦‍♀️*@amyannx* has great advice. Hoping for a BFP for you🤗

Hi everyone 👋

just wondering has anyone used the easy at home test strips and how you found them? Currently 8 dpo and holding off on testing as I know there is no point atm!

@Leigha22 I came off the pill a few years ago and my cycles were all over the place for about 6 months. Found out I was pregnant around 6th month but sadly miscarried at 6 weeks. Have a lovely healthy 3 year old right now though! But a few friends of mine had the same issue of messed up cycles, 1 or 2 did concieve quickly after coming off it though!

Fx for everyone in the TWW!

@amyannx thanks for the advice. I thought about my periods being irregular but it’s just all the other symptoms I’m having that made me feel abit suss. Good idea on the first response, will try that. Need to find somewhere local to me that sells them. Fingers crossed this is your month Grin

@Lollipop25 thanks! Hoping it’s a BFP but we shall see haha.

@Lollabelle91 thank you! I think I’ll get an early response and take it from there. I’d love to be someone who catches quick.. like everyone I’m sure haha. Xx

Hi ladies. TTC #2. Already have a DD who is a handful at 14m so she's helping to keep me occupied! I started spotting yesterday which was weirdly early at CD23 and I assumed was implantation bleeding but today I think it's actually AF as it's gotten heavier so assuming I'm now on Cycle 2. Very strange for me to have such a short cycle. I had surgery on my fallopian tube start of Feb but had a normal cycle last month so don't think it's that. I'm not sure what it is tbh as I'm usually pretty regular. Oh well, onwards and upwards!

@leigha22 that's ok, if you have a boots local they sell them x

Lollabelle91 · 31/03/2021 12:00

Hi @Charm23 maybe your cycles are just trying to get back on track after your surgery. My own have recently gotten shorter too but I didn't have surgery like you did. I had a csection with DS 3 years ago but they got back to normal when he was about 1. I've heard implantation bleeding can be a bit more than just spotting for some people. Its rare I think, but possible.

@leigha22 best of luck whenever your decide to test. Keep us updated :)

Hi all, is it okay to join? TTC baby #2, lb is 2, came off the pill last September, caught straight away but had an early miscarriage. Been trying again since AF returned end of November. AF due 18th April 🤞Sending baby dust to all.

Hi lovelies, joining this thread in the hope that it's a lucky one 💖 AF is due tomorrow so I'm technically not out for March but I've had my usual cramps and aches and BFNs so I know AF is well and truly on the way! Super annoyed about it though, I had so many unusual symptoms during my TWW which I've never had before (extreme hunger, sore nipples, tired, metallic taste) but I suppose that's what I get for symptom spotting and getting my hopes up 🙈.

Hi Everyone, looking to join too as just this morning took the plunge TTC. Had thought about it for a while, came off the pill before Christmas and have been tracking what’s been going on so we were ready. Did an test this morning and was ovulating so had the funniest morning DTD Blush completely new to mumsnet and don’t know what all the terms stand for yet Smile

Hi all, jumping on the bus if that's ok. Had 2 mcs in last 12 months, both at 10 weeks and been ttc since October, hoping April will be the month. On CD 6 and will be using opk but hoping to read your messages to keep positive. X

Hi all, could I join please? I've just stopped taking my pill and waiting for my first period but I'm really keen to hear about everyone else's experience whilst I take a relaxed approach for the first couple of months. I'm 30 and have been on the pill for 15 years, had a LLETZ procedure 3 years ago and potentially have thyroid issues. Thanks ladies! Xxx

Hey everyone, I'd been chatting to some of you on the March page.
I'm 32, TTC baby number 2 since January. My LB is 2 in a few weeks, fell pregnant with him straight away so all of this trying and waiting business isn't something I'm very used to!
Discovered last month after looking back through my tracking apps that my cycle has shortened and is roughly 22 days so this has been giving me a few concerns as I'm concerned my Luteal phase is too short but not 100% sure really.
Anyway, this cycle I've been more relaxed, not using OPK's and just been DTD every other day since the end of my period.
I'm using 3 different tracking apps which probably isn't a good idea but they're all predicting things pretty differently and I'm a little confused. If I have another 22 day cycle again this month, AF will be due around 6/7th April. Don't really know how many DPO I am as I haven't been tracking. Had some cramping today but I have a feeling these are early period cramps as this happened to me about 5 days before my last period. Don't really know the point in this post.. just wanted to chat on here as I don't really have anyone else to talk to about it all!
What tracking apps do you use? Do you find them accurate? Thanks all xx

@Confused678866 hi there. I'm also due the 6th April. My cycles have shortened in the past 6 to 9 months aswell. Currently using app called my calender and it has been mostly accurate in the past although not to certain as we've been TTC for about 3 months and DTD for the whole week before O and a day or two after but no luck. I can't say for sure if the app is inaccurate or is it my new short cycles causing the problem. I don't use OPK or anything other than the app. So far anyway. I'm having some symptoms but I've had a couple every month before AF is due so, who knows! Just have to wait. Wishing you luck 🤞

@Lollabelle91 Hey! Thanks for your reply.
Oh I have heard of that one but I haven't tried it! Mine just seem to be everywhere.. the one I've been using longest is Flo, so I would expect this to be most accurate but it's giving me a predicted cycle of 26 days this month.. which would be lovely, but I just don't know why it's suggesting that after inputting my previous shorter cycles 🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows.. what will be will be I guess!
Will this be baby number one for you? What symptoms are you having? Wishing you luck! X
