Sorry to be another crazy "am I pregnant" person but I just don't know wether I'm seeing something that isn't there.......can anyone else see the extremely faint line that looks darker at the top and bottom or is it just me??? Please help! And thanks in advance for honesty :)

I think I can see a line, if I squint.
Think you need to do another wee on another stick.

I see it!! Agree it's darker at the bottom & top!Smile

Would suggest testing again in the morning using FMU to see if you get a clearer result.

Yeah I was going to just wait a few days and do another one. I think I'm just getting a bit carried away with myself.......it's been 34 days since my period and knowing my luck I will get the dreaded af over night! Thanks :)

First morning urine, the hcg should be more concentrated giving you a stronger result/darker line.
I can see a line though Smile

Ahhhh Fmu.....of course ha! Ok will definitely do that. I just bought Asda's own brand tests too as I assumed I wasn't and I was just overly positive thinking.....should I bother investing in a more expensive brand or do they all pretty much work the same?? Thanks to everyone for replying. First time poster and very thankful :) x

I like the first response tests, they tend to give a really clear line.

Although the Clear Blue aren't as sensitive there's nothing like seeing the word pregnant come up!

Report
Bigfam · 11/07/2016 21:52

DartmoorDoughnut I agree. Odd, but it's much more satisfying (and its tells you how far along you are, in my case it was very accurate too)

I literally had my hand on the clear blue digital test......but was too scared to see a "not pregnant". For some reason I thought it would be easier to see no line ha! Have been casually "trying" for over a year.....no contraception but not actively thinking about it either. It's only the past two months myself and DP have been wanting to fall pregnant. Have visited the doctors and been referred onto a fertility specialist so feel like it may just "all be in my head" as its what I want to see at the moment.......

Fingers crossed for you bean, if you get a lovely clear result with a normal, then get a digital in a week or so, it'll give you a rough idea of how far along you are Smile

I think I've tipped over into crazyville.......I did the second bloody test in the box this morning when I woke up and IT DIDNT WORK. Decided that as I clearly couldn't sleep I would have to leave the house and get a pregnancy test. My local asda which is 24 hours is SHUT today of all days so am currently sitting outside tesco in my car waiting for it to open at 6am.......what an idiot!
