Off to the Llyn on Sunday.

I bought a new cossie and everything for a sun-kissed day on Whistling Sands. It can't rain.

oooh smug, I will be on whistling sands also.

I am the Elle Macpherson looky likey in a shorty wetsuit sporting that VERY most attractive of looks: wet suited thigh - Parisian moonlight white lower legs - and then wetsuit bootee at the bottom.

Oh yeah

Nooooooo!

I'll be working the beached-whale-in-Boden look huddled under blankets in my newly-purchased Coleman beach shelter.

Report
Slubberdegullion · 26/05/2011 19:27

I will run athletically past you in your Coleman shelter, laughing in my wetsuit.
I might even Arab spring with the joy of being back under the North Wales sunshine.

Hello we are off to (gulp) Mull of Kintyre. I am taking all the duvets we own, full wet weather gear and I haven't bothered with any swim gear as it's going to be baltic^

Friend suggest we take a spade so we can dig a trench round the tent if the torrential rain gets too much.

For exactly this kind of situation I would love a woodburner.

Good luck to you all!

Yes - three aged 6,4 and 2. We are with two other families ^all with children of a similar age.

There is a cafe. A games room. A drying room. And I have a bottle of brandy.
