Browsing the sidebar of shame (as you do, sorry, I won't link or it'll fair put you off your breakfast).

All the articles about her are vile. Full of outright lies and (I'm sure) misquotes. I then saw a snippet of an interview with her and just saw a damaged and not terribly bright young woman who seems to be completely naive and the polar opposite to the scheming twisted savvy climber she's being portrayed as.

I don't know what the truth is but I highly doubt she said (or meant) a tenth of what's claimed, and she is the target of a horrible agenda. She may well have signed up for that but you dint make choices like that in a vacuum, do you? She's an 'escort' and aspiring model apparently.

I feel a bit sick. I'm not one for censorship, but I do wonder if perhaps there should be stricter rules for the press in cases like this. It

I'm not sure she's down anything. According to the papers she had a boob job on the nhs, said she was having a late abortion to further her career (she hasn't) and is claiming 6k in taxi fares from the council.

That's a few snippets anyway. It all reads as wildly exaggerated at best, totally made up at worst.

The fact that I read the fail online every day and was unaware of this maybe answers your question. Mind you I don't read anything I'm not interested in. She does sound abit of a silly girl and is bringing it on herself. I know she's old enough to make choices but surely she as a parent who has talked to her about trying to get the limelight. It's surprised me, but quite a few people have boob jobs on the NHS, generally when they are very young (18/19ish)

She had a boob job on the nhs and Botox to prevent sweating and then was in a media article stating that she lied about these issues causing her depression and anxiety and was now going to use her new body for a career in glamour modelling

She then said that she was having an abortion so she could go on big brother. She later said that she changed her mind due to the public's reaction

It now turns out that she's been to the doctor again stating that public transport causes her severe anxiety so the doctor supported her request for free transport

This is all allegedly but is what had been widely reported

She's local to me, I don't see any of the outpouring of hatred in RL although she gets a fair amount of twitter abuse

If she is being bullied by the press it's due to her really poor management IMHO

I read a story about her at the time of the breast op, and she was given it because she has a congenital disorder that inhibits the growth of breast tissue. I have it myself so I recognised it from her description. It wasn't clear whether she realised why the clinical decision had been made.
