Calculate term time pay, for P/T job in school (non-teaching)

Hi,

I've an interview for a payroll assistant in a school. Its 20 hours a week term time only, spread over 4 days.

Can anyone please advise how they will calculate the gross pay?

I've seen an admin job advertised in a school it states term time only plus 1 week 37hrs (£22,401 - £25,463 pro rata

Any idea what the gross pay this equates too before I apply.
