Occupational Health & grievance on sexual harassment

Can some one please advise on the below:

  1. Does occupational health mention diagnosis from a specialist that I mentioned during the OH meeting ? I was asked for the medicines I was prescribed but was not included in the report. I was diagnosed with Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder and I told them this and this was not mentioned. I also feel since I had submitted grievance the OH report was kind of diplomatically biased to the employer in the way it was worded.
  2. Also my fit notes stated work stress and anxiety but all through OH report there is mention of stress only and not a word on Anxiety or depression although I said I feel both depressed and anxiety. Is that how OH reports are to be presented?
  3. Does OH ask if I am using the company paid health insurance to see the specialist ? i found it odd that I was asked this during the OH meeting.
  4. OH said and mentioned in the report, I should speak to management with re to what has happened but I had already done so and submitted the grievance and am waiting on it for over 2 months now and HR try to add their own stuff to allegations that I had not agreed on which caused me more stress and anxiety and this was not mentioned. I told OH all this and I said I am open to talking to management but not sure how it will help.
  5. Also report says stress risk assessment is to be conducted but its not work load stress and its the sexual harassment and victimization which caused me the stress which the GP who conducted my OH meeting is fully aware of; so I feel all of this just does not add up. Any guidance on any of these please. Thanks.

I don't have advice I'm afraid but am going through something similar so will be interested in any responses.

Have you raised the missed diagnosis with OH? You should see a copy of their report before it’s submitted to your employer and can ask for amendments so if you feel it’s inaccurate, tell them.

Yes, I will and note your comments and will ask but seems like they wont change as it feels like a bought out opinion to me.
