Hi all, thought I would put out an idea just to see general feedback.

I am a qualified yoga instructor and since having my baby and being pregnant I haven't done too much.

I've been asked to do a 121 yoga session for another mum on a weekly basis and I am now thinking of offering this service .

Yoga at your home.

I'm a member of the gym. Since having a baby, I never get a chance to go - but the thought of someone coming to my house to teach me some yoga sounds great.

That way you only spend 1 hour of your time, In the comfort of your own home- instead of 2 getting there and back!

Would any mums be interested in this? Can anyone suggest any good names for this?

I think it's a good idea.

Your potential client base might be wider than just mums, though (who might decide to return to work and then not want the service anymore).

You could also market yourself to retired people and those who work from home.

My yoga instructor offers 1:1 and also 1:2 or 1:3 if a few people want to club together. I think it's a good idea.

Thank you. I agree- it is expensive , so is personal training I suppose. Thank you for your feedback Smile

I’ve done this as my personal trainer is also a yoga instructor so when I’ve not been up for PT I’ve done yoga instead. I know a lot of her clients have their babies around for sessions so good for not having to get childcare. I know yoga is super inclusive but I do feel rubbish at some classes so I like the one to one encouragement

Sounds expensive, but I guess some people will go for it. You have one customer, so maybe she has friends interested in the same?

No idea as to names I’m afraid! Good luck with it!
