This case is a bit odd.
"The fact that sex took place isn't in question - however prosecutors say the victim was unconscious and didn't consent."
It was filmed by 3 of the accused's friends, so I would have thought it would have been fairly clear as to whether she was conscious/willing or not - but they have all been acquitted today - www.964eagle.co.uk/news/review.php?article=348173
Ironically this article appeared recently also - www.getsurrey.co.uk/news/s/2084834_more_rape_prosecutions_likely
apparently Surrey has one of the lowest conviction rates in the country - 3.6%.
I don't know anyone involved in the case, but this is at least the 3rd acquittal in Surrey I've heard of recently - and haven't heard of any successful convictions at all - but presumably there are some.
