Hi :) off to Florida with my Dc in May and leave in 100 days. I have decided that I want to lose the baby weight (especially now my 'babies' are 10 and 7!). Joined WW last night and it's first day today. I am doing it online and according to my height/weight am allowed 30sp a day and 35sp over the week. I really want to stick to it and think I will as I am paying monthly.
Does anyone have any tips, any nice low sp meals and any idea of a rough weight loss if I stick to it?
I am 5'5" and weigh 11st 10lb would like to lose at least a stone if not more! Thanks for any advice :)

track track track!
also download the WW app to your smart phone if you have one. I use the barcode scanner all the time when out and also at supermarkets.
PLAN at least what you are going to have for your evening meal.
I also love connect on the WW app, especially people who post before and after photos.
WW works, you just have to stick to it.

I eat a lot of fish and chicken. A large chicken breast is around 2sp:)

a typical day...
B. yogurt, berries and oats made the night before 5sp

L. tuna salad sandwich with a mug of homemade butternut squash soup 6sp

D. chicken breast, cauli, carrots, green beans and new potatoes with gravy 5sp

half a pint of skimmed milk is 4sp

plenty of sps left to bulk out the menu

today I had trifle:) sugar free jelly, low fat custand and low fat squirty cream for 5sp

I've just started and lost 6.5 lb in my first week - my advice is to really stick with it.
Heck chicken Italia sausages are very low in points. For snacks when I've needed something sweet I've gone for alpen light bars.
