GETTING FAT AND GETTING DOWN PLEASE HELP

Is there any one there that can give me some advise on how to lose a bit of flab. since the birth of my son two years ago i have steadly incresed in stones. It is making me feel realy down and depressed. It is getting so bad that i worry my husbund will lose intrest in me even though he says he loves me no matter whot size i am PLEASE HELP
