My 2 week goal thread - go away its too dull

I'm using this thread as a food diary for me because I log in daily anyway so it will be nothing but dull to anyone else

Objective to lose 7 lbs by 31 March

Monday - its 9.29
tea with skimmed milk
bowl porridge with water
vitamin drink

a three egg ommelette and an extra white is nice with spinach and parsley - and salt adn pepper and only 6 weightwathcers points

sliced mushrooms, splash of worcestershire sauce and microwave (sorry) for a minute (more if needed, spread toast with marmite (sometimes), ladel on cooked mushrooms and black pepper

I personally am doing weight watchers

I write it all down on my little paper tracker

you can buy a journal too to do this

would you like me to get you one and post it?

actually I wish I WAS lonely here .. its just a way to make my mumsnetting have an additional use

I don't meal-plan Naily .. but I'm trying to have stuff in that I can eat or make a good meal out of

ask about the free esource trial

and bugger off there

their tools are amazing and they track all your intake for you

if you want to lose 7 pounds in two weeks may I suggest the 7 day juice diet? I lost 5 in 7 days and glitterfiarly lost 10 (but she is fat)
