I've recently been doing slimming world but it's not worked for me, actually got me into bad snacking habits that I didn't before. I'm looking for something else and as I'm doing lots of running, swimming and the 30 day shred was wondering if I'd have better luck with a higher protein low carb diet... Anyone else on one of these and found it easy to stick to/good results wise?
