Am going to try celebrity slim diet to lose the last half stone or so before summer. Anyone care to join me? Not necessarily CS but whatever you fancy. MFP has worked for me so far but fancy a change and need something strict.

Count me in, well goal is to lose 4 or 5 pounds to reach my goal, 8st. Am 5ft5 but small boned with a Mum tum and bigger than it was bum The cutting down on chocolate and crisps thread belongs to me as it is the closest I can do to dieting. Tonight just want to eat and eat cause I am tired and pissed off, but know I will regret it. Have lost 1 or 2 pounds this week, onwards and downwards. Normally exercise quite a lot (mainly walking, cant drive), but for one reason and another (mainly total time famine cause of work and DH doing the school run a couple of times) have done less this week. Also don't know how you counteract the eat less have less energy thing, I'm never at my most energised that when I'm eating what I want.

Welcome octopus I am a fiend for crisps and choc and would happily live on it. Not sure about the whole energy thing - do you mean what can you eat that isn't bad but gives you energy?

I failed miserably yesterday evening Hmm (major arse kicking required please!) I have done the grocery shop today so everything is geared up to start afresh tomorrow. I'll plan out the week's meals too so I can try and stick to it. Been ok'ish today but need to bite the bullet properly tomorrow. stress is a big trigger for me overeating and eating the wrong things so I think I need to also address that Hmm

Well done to everyone else though am inspired by your determination! And a big welcome to the newcomers it's lovely to have the support Grin

Until 5pm today. I have roped dh into doing it with me. God help us when we get a crash at 3pm and become grumpy as hell! Good job he is at work Grin

It's half term here in France so I have a 3 year old and 1 year old to keep me busy as well as packing for our move. I will be half a stone lighter before we relocate. Repeats this 100x instead of picking at the kids breakfast Wink

I've nearly completed my first week so it's weigh in day tomorrow. Not hungry but still a truffle to resist picking. Low carbing is not as hard as I thought it would be but that might be because I don't have to worry about breakfast or lunch. It's costing me a bloody fortune in celebrity slim and vegetables so I sincerely hope it works!
On the up side I got into my size 10 jeans on Saturday night. Just. My spanx and a baggy top prevented too much muffin top- aim is to be able to wear them without the scaffolding.

Unfortunately one pound up today so only one pound down in total (in 9 days). Five to go. Will see how I go for another week, then might try and do 5:2

Fell of the low carb wagon last night. Was feeling fed up and like nothing happening in a hurry. It's just so hard to lose last few pounds. So I ate pitta and chips Shock and skipped Zumba.
Feeling better today though and back on it.
Am having real problems with constipation Blush which is getting me down.

Hi guys-disappeared for a while but I'm 9.3 now-aiming to be 9 by June the 1st-taking my mum to a spa for her 60th so will need to wear a costume-eek!
Am going ok, odd blips and far too much wine and snacking but considering I'm really stressed and my Heath is dodgy I'm pleased that I'm sticking to it-1300 on mfp, minimal exercises tho is like to try and start some sit ups this week as tummy is letting me down Wink

Well I've managed to lose a bit more was 52.6kg (translated this to 8st 3) last wk, now 52.1kg, closer to 8st (or 8st2.8 if being pedantic as Tescos scales are. Two pounds to go.

A bit more off for me, according to scales in Boots now 8st1. One more pound to go, then I'll have the job of maintaining. Think if I manage to stay off the crisps and boundary other things I eat I should hopefully be ok.
