Iv decided to join slimming world. If anyone wants to join the thread and swap stories, recipes etc?? We could encourage eachother, that would be great :)
Iv never been to slimming world but heard lots of amazing success stories so thought Id give it a go as I need to lose about 3 stone :)

I'm on Paul McKenna and had 2 stone to lose. half down (3 weeks)- 1 & 1/2 to go!

Having back-up is an excellent idea, and there are a lot of threads on here without a particular 'ethos' or drum to bang to join!
