I was just really strict apart from 3 days where I had dinners or lunch out and ate whatever I wanted (inc creamy desserts!).
I have fruit'n'fibre for breakfast every morning.
Lunches are couscous with chickpeas/kidney beans, cherry toms, spring onions etc or baked pot with cottage cheese and salad.
Dinners are grilled fish/chicken and steamed veg or lentils and rice or pasta.
Snacked on 3 fruit a day.
Also have lots of energy now for long walks or Davina dvd!
The feeling of your clothes getting looser and receiving compliments is fan-tas-tic!!

Well done to for all your losses too.

Well done, I've lost 8lbs in five weeks. Rosemary Conley GI plan plus loads of swimming and once a week RC class. Great innit!

yes i'd like to know too.

Stepped on the scales for the first time in months the other day and I've put on about 12lb.

How? How? How? I need to lose 8lbs to get to goal but seem to have plateaued of late!! Well done by the way!!
