Dukan - major nausea

I am on day 3, trying hard, but not been 100% strict - have had a few sneaky chocs, and sadly falling behind on water consumption galore. I feel SO sick today - only seems to be releived (temporarily) by deep gutteral burps (sorry if TMI). Is this due to me not drinking enough ? Anyone else felt like this ?

I'm on day 3 as well!! Not had any nausea but given how restrictive the first few days are I guess it's not unusual. It's tough, isn't it? Someone gave me some chocolates today not knowing I'm on the diet - such a test of willpower!!
