The lovely Listmeister GetOrfMyLand is still poorly, so her spreadsheet duties have been passed on to FiddleDeFat, who has done a sterling job.

Share your results here, but post on the spreadsheet as well

As FiddleDeFat says, "just enter your weight (in pounds) in the column under the appropriate date. I've left it so anyone can edit it, so if any details in the white boxes are wrong, just change them. Don't touch the blue columns. "

Thinking thin thoughts for us all for tomorrow!

Smokin - I think it's because I have a iPhone, but it did take a couple of attempts to load and then some working out re boxes!

I'm another 1/4lb down this morning - slowly inching back towards the 9s! Now 10.1 1/4

Yesterday, my first day back to Bootcamp was:

B - 2 boiled eggs
L - pork chop, spinach with butter, 1/2 avocado in vinaigrette
D - roasted pork belly

No snacks
3 coffees
about 3 litres of water, and a rum and sparkling water

My silly HTC wouldn't let me creamtea. I could select myself, scroll, in fact do anything except type in the bloody box!!

My 14th May weight is 123 pounds. Not sure where to add as I have obviously come in at a late stage! Thanks

Just edited the spreadsheet (from my phone) - that is totally amazing work right there! I would never have been able to put that together. Thank you to all the spreadsheet people [

You would all have been so proud of me, I took some dark choc but left for her. (wasn't anywhere to get any flowers)

Am slowly getting there...

Elastamum have you tried MiMs (recipe on LC receipe thread) or, something that I do when I want to mix it up a bit and not have eggs is I make some of the basic almond sponge recipe from the IPD cookbook but cook them in muffin tins so you get individual small fairy cakes (the recipe makes about 8). Sometimes I have two of them with some cream for brekkie. They do have nuts in, and Splenda, but they are a yummy alternative to eggs/cooked breakfast. Also there is a cheese scone recipe on the recipe thread which again I have used as an alternative to eggs for breakfast.

You can't eat these things every day but they are a good alternative to eggs/cooked brekkie and are very filling.

Look at the nutritional data:

Nutrition
per 100g 30g serving with 125ml of s/s milk
Energy 1503 kJ 356 kcal 702 kJ 166kcal
Protein 10 g 7 g
Carbohydrate 67 g 26 g
of which sugars 22 g 13 g
starch 45 g 13 g

You will be massively increasing your daily carb levels if you eat this. And have you ever weighed out a 30g 'serving'? It's teeny tiny. If you were just to pour yourself what looks like a normal sized amount I can guarantee that you will be eating at least twice the 30g 'serving'.

Oh no! Please don't eat the Bran Flakes! They are hugely high in carbs, never mind the milk you will be having with them.

You don't have to have eggs for breakfast. What about yoghurt with some berries, if you like fruit?

10st 5lb yesterday, so lost 2ib since last week. think I have updated the spresdsheet but not sure.

Struggling a bit with LC. Have gone back to eating bran flakes in the morning as cant face eggs and have gone mostly for just main course and steamed veg at night and salad in the day. Fruit is my biggest downfall, although I have no desire for potatoes, bread and pasta at all

Scales show a 1/4 lb loss from yesterday - so now 10.1 and 3/4 making the three days loss so far 2lbs. Not as much as

a) I had hoped
b) the 3DE is supposed to achieve (3-5lbs)

BUT

I'm now less than I was on Thursday, pre-weekend disaster

So today I am reverting back to Bootcamp, albeit with a gradual re-introduction of veg/salad, but a definite return to high fat.

Breakfast will be 2 boiled eggs
Lunch will be something with salad - possibly tuna mayo
Not sure about dinner - it's awkward tonight as I have my Chinese class at 7, so have to have something to eat before that, at a time of day when I'm not very hungry!

BIWI congrats on being hardcore with your 3DE. I had a couple of people ask me if I have lost weight which always makes it worthwhile! Had a nightmare on Monday as has to tell one of my staff she was on redeployment list, however by Tuesday I had sorted out HR cock up so she is staying with me. She only went and bought me a bloody box of roses. Very sweet of her but HELLO , does she not listen o me every day about LC. Wink

Have had 2 bowls of total yoghurt with rasps as had only that at work and my hour slot to get to shop ended up in a meeting :(

Anyway just had tea with my sis and had spatchcock chicken with salad, yum

Dinner for me this evening will be some shirataki noodles, pan fried with a dash of soy sauce and some fresh coriander, with one or two Thai meatballs (from the IPD cookbook) but minus the peanut sauce, as that will be too carby, sadly.

I realised this afternoon that being back to 10.2 takes me to where I was before my disastrous weekend, so I have successfully managed to undo it!

Hopefully the scales might show another loss tomorrow, and I can get back to more normal eating.
