Lunch ideas for 1 y/o please

Lunch ideas for a 1 year old please!

Breakfast is always a bowl of porridge which he loves, so fine there. Evening meal is whatever we have and again no problems there.

But he is so picky at lunch! Doesn't seem to eat much, and I am stuck for meal ideas! Want something easy enough to prepare and ideally for him to be able to feed himself (ie finger foods). Usually end up giving toast/sandwiches but he isn't fussed. Any suggestions welcome, thank you.

Other, easy sandwich finger fillings are tuna mayonnaise.
Hard-boiled eggs mashed through mayonnaise or salad cream.
Other easy, tasty lunches - corned beef + mashed potatoes + and/or mashed turnip.
Ham hough + mashed potatoes + and/or cabbage.
Hope these help.
Getting hungry.
Gin consumed Smile

One egg, beaten, into the microwave for a minute in a mug - comes out done and cutupable into strips.

My Granddaughter (18 months) is the same - not too fussed about lunch. She loves soup + buttered, brown bread fingers for "dunking".
Big cheese fan! Strips of cheese, brown bread + chopped grapes.
Dairylea sandwich fingers.
Half of small tin of red salmon, mixed with buttery, mashed potatoes.
Will try to think of more Smile
