Hi, Am new to mumsnet but can see some fab advice on here so wondering if some of you cld pls help me out with a quick question.
Have started to add protein to my 7 mth lo's meals, but have absolutely masses of veggie cubes already in the freezer. Am wondering if i can be lazy and simply cook meat seperately and add it to existing cubes. My question is what ratio of meat cubes to veg cubes should i give? thanks for the advice

absolutley - i think its actually better than doing full on recipes until they're used to it as its soul destroying slaving over receipes to then have it spat out!!

I just posted on your other thread!! You can defo do that as I found it was the easiest way to add it to their diet. I would start off with one cube meat to 4/5 cubes veg and then build it up through the week until its half and half
