My dd is alost 8 months and has been eating solids for about 8 weeks. I am still nervous about small pieces of food, like peas and chickpeas so I still squish them before giving them to her. She hasnt had raisins yet, but i would like to introduce them as they are easy to carry when out ( yes, i kow they have a high sugar content)
What size does food have to be so that it isnt a choking hazard? She is fine with large peices, i dont know why i am so concerned about small pieces.
