Modern self catering

Can anybody suggest any modern luxury self catering accomodation in the uk.
We are looking to go away in Aug need a good kitchen (DD has allergies so we will be cooking lots)ideally a private pool or hot tub.It will be for two adults and a 2 year old.
Not too keen on 'sites' but would have a look if reaaly nice.
All the websites ive found seem to be cottages or the nice apartments dont take children

These are cottagey and only two have their own hot tub, but there is also a shared hot tub and lovely swimming pool at Gladwin's Farm

THis is in Derbyshire, and is excellent. THe bigger houses all have their own hot tubs, and every house has 1 hours excluseive use of the swimming pool each day. They are steddings conversions, so not modern design, but they are not old cottages IYSWIM

I found two companies good last year when I was looking. One is called Rural Retreats - I just loved looking through their brochure! We ended up booking a nice cottage in Somerset through the second company which is called Helpful Holidays. I would imagine you might find something through the Rural Retreats company.
