Feeling uneasy about lady opposite who seems to have a crush on me

We've lived in our house 2 years this summer, it's a little detached bungalow in a semi-rural area, we got it dirt cheap as it needed a lot of work, and my DH has been doing it up, which is what he did to our last house.

The lady opposite is around 60, lives on her own with her dog. She's a nice lady and we speak when we're both out the front or if we pass on a walk but we're not really what you'd call friends I guess, just a pleasant neighbourly relationship.

Anyway I'm starting to get the vibe she has a little crush on me...I've taken up running recently and I've been bumping into her whenever I run, at all different times of the day. It's usually when I'm coming back from my 5k so i usually take about 35 mins from leaving. She will always seem to bump into me and then say stuff like "oh we keeping bumping into each other" and do a little giggle, then she says "you don't need to run you've got a perfect figure" and look me up and down. She seems quite embarrassed around me and looks like she blushes.

If we bump into her when I'm with my DH and DC she is nice, but will always bring the conversation back to me and say stuff like "you're just super woman, working hard and raising young kids and you don't even look tired". DH has noticed the compliments and said he thinks she has a crush on me, but he's kind of winding me up so I'm trying to work out if she just admires me or she does fancy me.

What's awkward is I am starting to feel a bit watched by her. She has said stuff in conversation that she would only know by watching out the window. Like she said she knew I liked a Thai from down the road, so she obviously saw me with the food coming home one eve.

Anyway, I don't want to sound stupid and sensitive but I am feeling a bit awkward around her. I am someone who is quite shy and insecure so it's strange for me to have all these compliments. I definitely think she's been timing her dog walks for when I return from my runs as it's too much of a coincidence otherwise.
WWYD!?

Much more likely she's just lonely and would love to chat a bit more.
