The staffroom

Probably a stupid question

I know this is probably a daft question but I’m feeling exceptionally overwhelmed and really vulnerable at the moment.

Home learning is a nightmare. It isn’t so much that it takes a long time but the way the school want it done is so incredibly precise and there are numerous things to remember and I seem to keep making mistakes Sad

Can this form part of a capability procedure or a negative reference? I really am worried about this.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so down Sad schools should be supporting staff at these times, not making life harder.

I can't advise on whether the home learning work can be used against you (I would sincerely hope not!).

Are you in a union? If so, I would contact them for advice.
