Surviving headship gift ideas

My colleague is leaving at Christmas and I’d like to give her a ‘surviving headship’ hamper when she goes.
It’s proving more difficult than I thought!
All I’ve got so far is a box of paracetamol and some headteacher stickers!
What else could I put in?
