Got too angry when viewing this on the breakfast "news" last week (OK, so it was Daybreak, but even so) to find out whether this is seriously likely to happen, or just another sound-bite from the wanker Gove.
Have I misunderstood? Is it that there will be "childcare provision" or are they seriously expecting us to teach until 6? In which case, when are we meant to do all our other work? And will they pay us for working in what are currently unpaid holidays?
