I think it will be born tomorrow, it will be a girl and they’ll call her Rosa Elizabeth.

What’s everyone else (who’s interested) thinking?

Yes I have seen a woman bet on Archie. Her grandson Archie was born the same day, so decided to do a cheeky bet put £120 on won £18120. Odds were 150/1

I don’t think anyone on here guessed, but I would love to know if anybody put a bet on it at the bookies.

No I definitely didn’t see that coming. Good for them. I like that it’s not stuffy.

The short list of ‘available’ royal names weren’t great tbh.

Did anybody on here guess Archie?

I like it very much.

I think it’s lovely! A very ‘of the people’ name. Very sweet. Good choice!

Glad it wasn’t a boring stuffy name, I doubt anyone betted on Archie!

End of the guessing!

Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor

I think Charles/Charlie (for Diana’s brother and the obvious) or Dorian (for Meghan’s mother) will be in the name.

I don't think there is many that close in age though. It would be the same if they'd had a girl; I doubt they'd have used Louise or Savannah or Mia either. It's just too close. Different when it's different generations or a bit more distant.

They may do, just my feeling is that James is too close in relation and age.

There are quite a few names used multiple times, if you start looking across cousins.

I was wondering about Benedict. Have you seen that the Kingdom Choir has written a lullaby for him?

I meant it's unlikely they'll use the name of a close cousin in the family, rather than anything about Viscount Severn's parentage.

waltersdog · 07/05/2019 21:06

Viscount Severn hasn't had silly rumours about his parentage for years

Report
lyralalala · 07/05/2019 21:05

Not David as that was Edward VIII

It's also one of Harry's middle names. And Princess Margaret's sons name.

Not James as people will make Hewitt references

Plus it's Viscount Severn's name.
