please help diagnose my cat

I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow, but can anyone give me a few guesses that I can look up, based on his symptoms.

Diarrhoea, sneezing and third eye covering his eye in the corner

There are so many possibilities, Liberal that your vet is best placed to take a history, do any tests necessary and diagnose. How old is he?

18 months, I've googled some of the scariest sounding ones, and don't think there's any of those that match his symptoms, unless some come later, but yes, you're right I'll just have to wait and see.

It's so hard to wait - you just feel so helpless when a dearly loved boy is ill and you can't do anything directly to help him.

If it helps reassure me any - I had a conversation about third eyelids with a vet at the vet school and she said that it often seems to coincide with gastriointestinal issues...so they might just be up because he has an upset stomach as opposed to any more serious reason.

Well, the vet said he has a cold! Gave us some metacam so he feels less sorry for himself......phew! Thank you for your help :)

Glad it was fairly minor.
