Our new kitten comes home this week, which pet insurance is best value for money. I want cheap but I don't want to be caught short in the sense of not getting the right cover for him! Any advice, please?

Thanks

healthy pets, used them for 4 years, very good service, received cheques within 3 weeks of claim

Thanks greyhound. He was a lovely boy and I don't resent a penny we spent on him to make him feel better - I was cross with myself for cancelling though!

DBI were great, really helpful and cheaper than Pet Plan etc. I don't know what they're like now, I last dealt with them a few years ago.

I used to have cover for my cats with Dog Breeders Insurance. I thought they were great, but cancelled them when the cats got older (and just before one was diagnosed with cancer - arse).
