Is it broadcasting law that a certain percentage of all adverts have to be voiced by Jane Horrocks or Tony Robinson?

Jane Horrocks seems to do the voices on at least 10% of all children's animated programmes too. I like her, but I'm sick today and her squeaky voice is driving me nuts.

GOd, yes, Max Beeseley I had noticed that too.

I reckon MB has taken AL's old voiceover jobs.

I'm not sure that I'd recognise Andrew Lincoln's voice, he's pretty neutral isn't he?

Anyway, neither he nor Max are squeaky, which is my main gripe with Jane and Tony. Especially Tony! Squeaky men are just wrong, unless they have a really likeable personality when it's ignorable if not forgiveable.

They must be raking it in. It's so easy, no need to put on make-up or get your hair done or spend hours in wardrobe, just schlep down to the studio and say your piece and get a nice check everytime it's shown. They don't even need to learn their lines, no-one can see you reading off the script when it's a voice over.

Yes, yes it is. And in clause 105 (b) it states that Julie Walters must also be allowed an equal share alongside Jane and Tony

Yeah, I was talking to my other half about this the other day. Our daughter got the Tinkerbell dvd for Christmas and she voices one of the fairies in that too! She's everywhere!
