Maybe Susan killed the wife & Mike killed the brother, or he wants to kill Mike to make Susan suffer the way he has.

Ok I just checked the first episode as I still have them all and it looks like Susan is driving so there has to be more to it than the crash.
Maybe it's the brother thing?

They were going to get ice cream when the crash happenned so I don't think they were running away from him, although that could be revealed in time.
I can't remember who was driving the car.
He never said who killed his brother, just that he was killed in prison and the band was the name of his brother's band.

In the latest episode he starts seeing his wife and daughter and is at the grave at the end and says he is going to make Mike pay (or similar) so it is definitely Mike he is back for.

I just find it hard to believe it would be so obvious and think there must be more to it, I hope so at least as I'll find it disappointing otherwise even though I'm loving this series

Oh the confusion! Dave seems like too much of a psycho to 'just' be scorned from his wife and daughter's death iykwim? The way he strangled that guy..? I thought it might be from mike's prison days.

I thought it was Susan that was driving the car in the accident. Dave hasn't shown any interest in her though.

Oh I thought it was Dave's brother that was killed by Mike in prison...and it had something to do with the name he wants to call that band he's started (confused)
