I've been avoiding this thread until I've watched it which I've just managed to do, watching little snippets as and when throughout the day! Loved this series and happy with the result. Agree with pp who said the real life stories have been heartbreaking. I hope that loads of money has been raised. Agree with the pp who said it's a perfect lockdown show. Bring on the next series... Tonight! Yay!

Just watched the final.

I'm pleased Big Narstie won. She's grown on me over the series and you could see how much it meant to her after losing her sister.

I thought Will.I.am and saffron played it safe but I actually think saffron is just really young and doesn't have all the life experiences of the others. She seems like an all round nice girl but I agree the others voted tactically and she should have been placed lower.

Loved watching Denise and Rachel, would have been happy for either of them to win, too.

Really enjoyed this series. When does the normal one start?

I thought the final was great! Now I know a bit more about Lady Leshurr, I’m happy she won it. I thought the order they arrived at the final dinner was clever, with Denise thinking Melvin and Ricky were Big Narstie. The only one I wouldn’t have been happy winning was Saffron. She was a bit too nice to everyone and didn’t seem to be interested in doing any detective work find the catfishes out. All in all, an excellent show. I’ve never donated to Stand Up to Cancer before, but this show plus that final video of the 32yr old dying 2 weeks after his wedding meant I just had to donate. Well done all involved.

Saffron was too high up, they all went too strategic with the final vote.

Denise, Pete and Sam did a good job of entertaining.
It was good fun with minimal bitching, no sobbing for attention and it really is a perfect lockdown show.

Loved this series. Would have been very happy with more episodes. Rachel Riley was my favourite. They really made me laugh. “You’re Rachel Riley not Simon Cowell”. Loved DVO as well

Can’t argue with that result, she played a good game and has a very personal reason for getting involved.
I am very impressed with Denise’s catfish-finding skills though. And I did like Pete and Sam as Rachel.
All in all, most enjoyable! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wasn't my fave but she played a good game, and of course it will be emotional for her given the cause. Can't lie, some of the real life cases they have featured have had me heartbroken, esp the young guy tonight, his wife 💔

Denise doesn’t take herself too seriously which I like. I’m going to have to avoid spoilers until tomorrow because I’m watching Unforgotten instead tonight. If I have to pick one winner, I’m going for Pete/Sam purely for how entertaining they’ve been for us viewers.

Denise or Rachel to win for me. I think they've been the most entertaining. Baga Chipz is started to annoy me, taking the 'my loves' etc to the extreme.

Denise comes across as a really lovely lady and I love how she's trying to catch people out!

Yes there was one on last night @DarthWeeder I watched it on catch up this morning though.

I would like Rachel to win, they've chosen a great celebrity to catfish as, done it well and have been entertaining. But I think Denise would be a worthy winner too.
