I have repeatedly come across people here mentioning the Great British Bake Off. I am not in the UK so have never stumbled across it.

Curiosity got the better of me today so I went looking for it on my android box. That was 3 hours ago and I am still watching! And what's worse, there are 5 whole series to get through.

My poor DH and children will have to fend for themselves for the foreseeable future.
