I like it and I don't. It's not the right season for it IMHO, so it looks fizzy.

I would look at it differently if worn by a darker toned, petite woman on a hot summers day.

I am on the verge of purchasing

It looks great with those grey shorts they have styled it with - would look lovely with tanned legs, flip flops and red painted toenails on a summers day.

AND it is only £45 - bargain!

I like it

I had very little money for a long time & found that cheap black (& grey and some brown) clothes looked far better than cheap other coloured clothes. Now I am more flush I still find it hard to buy colourful clothes and only wear black & grey really. Apart from animal prints which I have an awful weakness for .

Will try and find link to my new loves.

It's a 6 Choo. Fits like a glove now so may be a bit loose when things return to normak...I think MJ sizes always run a bit big

Holly, that's really kind, thank you

Blue jeans (not skinnies) or denim mini (not too mini!) flip flops. It's a shopping and coffee top.

I don't like it but I can see why the colours are calling you.

I am sure I saw something orange and pink on my travels around the Canary Wharf shops last week.

I am not a fan of colour though. How would you wear it?

sorry- top- it looks like a dress in the main pic.

Report
purplepeony · 19/12/2009 21:06

well how old are you?

I'd say it is fine for summer wear for someone with a lovely body and good arms and shoulders- age is not that important- it's what you look like. It could look stunning ona tanned 40 yr old, or crap on a 20 yr old depending on skin colour, weight, body shape.

But it's not a winter dress!

If you're in Australia you could buy it then audition for Hi5

I like it too and probably wouldn't feel odd wearing it at home in Australia, but not right for my UK self. MyAussie 'style' is much younger, more careless. Ah well. I'm not in buying-for-self mode anyway.

Thanks for making me laugh as usual AnyFucker!!

Yes but tights are still for winter... Looking at summer clothes is part of me denying the existence of the cold

I am dark....

i'd wear it but then i haven't ever been one to worry what other people think! I'm wearing a similar styled dress/top at the moment in purple with a turquoise cardi

so i say....go for it!!
