Style and beauty

Do you do that thing with nice wooden hangers equally spaced in your closet/wardrobe?

And does each wooden hanger have a delicate item hanging off it?

And is said item really expensive from Net-A-Porter or similar?

Sigh.
I will never be able to do this.
I have tried. I have too many (ancient) clothes.
I have however bought this and this and they are LOVELY.

I have two wardrobes in our "dressing room" (ok, tiny box room) One is a fitted one with proper closing doors in which things are hanging in colour then item order but on plain ole wire hangers.

My other wardrobe is actually a clothes rail (albeit a pretty one) and everything is on wooden hangers - stuff from H&M and more expensive stuff.

My Mum bought me a Remington Fuzz- Away to de- bobble my knitwear. I was so incensed that she thought I would like it as a present I threw it against the wall and broke it.(not while she was still there of course)

Now who's got the last laugh?

Bobbles aren't a problem with a bobble-off. I love sitting with one making my knitwear look nice - its weirdly therapeutic.

Whoever introduced the idea of shoe boxes with photos on the front has a lot to answer for!

My aim is to have 25 things hanging up that are
a) classy

B) in good order, no bobbles, bits that scratch, buttons hanging orf

c) able to mix and match with everything else.

I will have shoes in boxes with poloroids on the front instead of stuffed into shoe cupboard. As I don't even own a poloroid camera this may be a pipe dream.

I actually hate most of my clothes at any one time

Tulpe I could have written your post.

DD wardrobe is same too, clothes on wooden hangers, sorted by short sleeves/long sleeves/dresses etc and knitwear folded in drawers.

It destresses me.
