SOPHABLE - I agree with GossipMonger and Fimbo - the blue and red bags are nasty, and don't look expensive - sorry! I do have a Tabitha bag though, a fab black one which always gets lots of comments whenever I use it.
Have you tried Charlotte Vasberg? I got one in the Selfridges sale once for £100, reduced from about £380!

I'm looking at my receipt - I got £9.60 off (think it was 15%) plus free p&p (was in this months Red Magazine) so it ended up being £38.40 (not £35, bad LFC ). Unfortunately I've chucked out the bit of paper that came with my magazine which had the code on so I don't have it. However the mag is still on sale so you could look at the code in the shop through the wrapping?

Damn it, why isn't it on the receipt?

Laurie do you still have the discount code . Purple does seem to be in the colour for winter clothing this year.

GM - that is a much better Tabitha bag and good price too.

Tula.
You get them at John Lewis or House of Fraser and they are great. Leather ones are in the £100 - £150 range and non leather a bit cheaper.

I have the green

it came out in green last year and I have waited a whole year for it to come back into stock as I don't think green is as fash this year - now it's the purple one that is out of stock.

The Lloyd Baker Evie bag in tan for £99 is nice too

bargain!

The Barbour is lovely.

the red one is OK

The blue one is vile and looks like it came from Dorothy Perkins!

If I was spending £150 on a bag I would want it to look like I had spent £150 on a bag!!

Oh yum Laurie, that is a nice bag. The green is lovely.

The ones on red direct are lovely. I got the Lloyd Baker Hobo bag for £35.00 with discount last week. It's all leather and is a nice big bag and for a change fits neatly on the shoulder - I am so sick of bags that fall off the shoulder.

They do it in purple and tan too. Quite fancy some of the other, more expensive bags on there too.

Not keen on the circly things on the Tabitha one either, but it is 100% better than the blue and looks the part.

I don't like the metal work at the sides, nor the colour. It doesn't look the money, it looks like something cheap from a market stall

Sorry but the blue one is minging and no you couldn't use it as an over the shoulder bag.

Heathcliffscathy · 24/08/2009 18:54

so it's between a tabitha quinny in red and a kessler blue one do you think i can use the blue one as an over shoulder bag?

that's so far...

Oh don't tell me that. I can't LET myself into the shoe department, the bags bit is hard enough. Mind you they never have 8s in ours.

I got my Frye boots in there last year for £70, they are £180 everywhere else.
