It's my birthday tomorrow, I'm getting money to buy some clothes to cheer me up, will anyone help?

I'm really down on myself atm so want some nise new Autumn things if I can find some. I've got two pairs of nice jeans, one pair are boot cut/slouchy and the other are skinny very dark blue so I'd like some nice tops to wear with them in the day. I like this sort of thing www.oasis-stores.com/fcp/product/Oasis/All-Tops/Animal-print-pussybow-blouse/4410010569 (not that colour though) but all the ones I've seen are too short to wear withskinny jeans as I'm quite tall.

I also need,well want a pair of shoes for a night out, preferablya colour ,maybered peep toe but no more than one to two inch heel though, anyone seen anything? Its a plain black dress I'll bewearing so maybe I should put a bright belt with it?

Thank you those are quite nice. I suspect they are a bit higher though. Hadn't thought of Shcuh so thanks and that can be on my list of shops to visit on thursday. If no joyI'll go with the silver heels and get a belt in red or green to sawp for the ribbon then find a handbag to fit with that. Exciting!

these are similar but not quite as nice schuh have some low-ish heeled peep toes, can't do l inks though.

Oh no I've just tried to buy them and they've only got a 37 left and I am a 39! I will look in Jones when I'm in town on thurs but what a shame if not.

I think anything goes with black, and they would go well with silver, you get a lot of jewellery with silver and green/turquoise together, bet Monsoon and lots of other places would have something like that.

Aefondkiss thank you I LOVE the Jones shoes. Do we think green would be ok? Its a black dress and I wear green a lot so they would be useful. Jackieno thank you, may be looking for silver if all goes well with these shoes but I like the second one you linked a lot. i'VE GOT TO GET dd UP BUT WILL BE BACK LATER THANKS AGAIN.

Some red bags here - the butterfly embroidered one is lovely, but includes gold as well as silver.
This is rather pretty, but not sure what sort of thing you're after - this might not be right for you.

yes - give it a few more weeks, and there's bound to be more stuff around. But worth a bit of a wander around, anyway, you never know what you might find.

Thanks they do look it but I am worried about how tall they would make me. Would love to wear really high heels. Good idea about the pattern for the bag, can't wait to go shopping. I think there isn't much in the shops near me yet though for Autumn stuff so may just shop for shoes/bag/belt on thurs. Always the way when you have vouchers or money to spend you can't find anything.

No, I reckon matching 2 of the 3 is fine, just not 3 of the 3, iyswim. Or find something that has a bit of both, maybe? Maybe with a bit of pattern.

I suspect those M&S shoes are a bit too high, but the reviews said they were very comfortable, and it's quite a chunk heel, which makes things easier. I did try them on briefly the other day, and they did feel comfy.

As I'm struggling with the shoes I've just had a thought. I could wear my silver peep toes then put a red belt round the dress instead of the cream ribbon it comes with. But then what colur bag? Wouldn't want silver or red would I it might be too matchy? Don't really want a black one. Dear me I sound like I can't think for myself. I can't really atm.

Thanks Jackieno sorry just seen your messages as have had a friend staying. The shoes are lovely not sure how high though what do you think? The Monsoon blouse I tried yesterday, its exactly the sort of thing I want but it was too short on me the LAara Ashley one would be the right shape for me, I'm better in a colour but white would maybe be ok with a bright cardi. My arms are fine but just for warmth would like longer sleeves if poss. Maybe I am looking too early? Also maybe they are not meant to be worn with skinny jeans and boots what do you think? Probably made to go with high waisted jeans? Won't be wearing those! But the Laura Ashley one looks a good length from what I can see.
