have a stylist on 'Mary Queen Of Shops'? I like her and want her to be able to dress herself. I can. And nobody laughs so it can be that hard.

It was a big mistake for Trinny and Susannah to go to ITV inmho.
Keep thinking Paula Reed or someone like that would be good on What Not to Wear,if they make another series.
Never really got the Mica Paris thing.

I think 100x describes Mary's oeuvre very well. But I'd tweak it slightly and say she is about shirts with good cuffsand excellent collars. Her hair is always lovely; a really good cut. She always looks finished doesn't she?

Cod - My statement when going out these days is: It suited me in the 80s and I'm sticking with it. If I am particularly poorly turned out, I rush towards a red wine moustache. It works very effectively as a "don't look too closely at what I'm wearing" distraction. If one is dressed in full Per Una though, the red wine moustache is insufficient distraction. A Frida Kahlo monobrow works but possibly not for the Per Una Summer 08 collection.

They never said 'fashion forward' or 'on trend'. They just grabbed people's tits and made them feel bad in a mirror.

Now our Mary says things like 'I'm not your fairy godmother, you have to work it.'

Wasn't Trinnys DH addicted to painkillers or some such. She was photographed in Hello without her ring, my Mum told me. She's so skinny it probably fell off.

Apparently she was married and has grown up dcs, but now lives with her female partner. (Bloke at work is friends with her brother and knows her too - says she is lovely).

I don't.

They aren't fit to hold Mary Portas' necklaces imo.
