Ok so ive used it before really successfully. Maybe in ? 2013/4. There was a thread on here. It was so good my lashes knocked against my glasses
The next time it wasn’t so good.
I now have extensions every three weeks but .. you know.. so I’ve bought some to try again. Delivery is tomorrow. Who’s up for it?

So I'm giving Rapidlash a go. It's a third of the price. Started on Friday....

I've used revitalash for about 10 years. Eeking out the last drops as QVC don't sell it any more and that was the only way I could afford to buy it. Also, I think the formula has changed as I'm not getting the results I'm used to Hmm

I had the same results as OP. Used it before and had great results after a couple of weeks. This time I've been using it for weeks yet nothing? Was going to purchase again but don't want to spend a fortune if it isn't going to work

Just had a look Amazon and it is £109. Is that right?

@Trumpton Flowers. Do check it. I think the founder was or had a relative that was recovering from cancer and had lost their eyelashes due to chemotherapy. I might be mistaken but I’m sure I read that somewhere.

I love it. I have to stop after a few weeks as my lashes get too long.

I spent £72 on this stuff. I’m on week 5. Please tell me I’ll see a difference? Honestly, after 5 weeks there is nothing.

I've been slapping on the rapidlash for a few weeks and I can see the difference. I've been using it once or twice a day, going over the lash line twice. Wish I taken a before picture.

So I waited until the last of extension had naturally fallen out and started with revitalash each evening. I lasted a grand total of 3 days before getting sore red eyelids. Not an attractive look.

Glad I only bought a small tube to try it out, still an expensive mistake though!

I had slightly red eyelids the morning after my very first application but I’m almost a week in and it’s fine now. I’m only applying it once a day, before bed, if that makes a difference.

Oooh @Daisydoesnt

I think I will get some . Thank you

Yes I put it on at bedtime after I’ve cleansed etc.

During the first six weeks, when I was using it twice a day, I put it on under my make up (eyeshadow in my case). It’s a watery clear liquid which dries in a few moments so I didn’t have any problem using it in the morning.

Can you wear makeup as usual? Or does it interfere with it? I usually wear liquid liner along where I would be painting the revitalash and then at night, would be removing it all.
So could it go on last thing at night after taking off makeup etc?

@Trumpton just to add that Revitalash was originally created by a doctor for his wife who had lost her lashes post-chemo. So I definitely would give it a try. Good luck to you.

I am also really struck by the many comments about the product (not sure if that was Rapid- or Revita-) making their eyelids itchy. I had to stop having false lashes as the little shield thing that put on you eyelids when they are doing the infills gradually caused an ever greater reaction. By the end, I had horrendous red, puffy eyes the next day. I've never had any irritation from Revitalash.

Yep, me. I've had to take a break as it was making my eyelids super itchy.

Not sore eyes, but itching eyelids.

I'm a little reluctant to acknowledge this. Am in possession of sensible relatives - and if I told them I'd bought an itch-causing substance (not make-up) off the Internet (can never find it in shops) that I was painting on my eyelids in the hope of a miracle ...

Does anyone get sore eyes from this product? It makes my lashes look great but I’m going to have to stop using it because my eyes are permanently red.

@Daisydoesnt
That was me asking . Probably not worth it for me then as my eyelashes haven’t started growing again yet .
Nor have my eyebrows but I can paint them on. I had an appointment for microblading but had to cancel due to mastectomy being bought forward then everything got put on hold due to CV .
Ah well .

I'm in. I have and opened box of rapidlash. Off to put some on.

To the PP who asked if revitalash needs something to “cling to” - it doesn’t work like that, it’s not a mascara. You paint it like you would a liquid eyeliner along your lash line ie the base of where your lashes grow, although it’s completely clear so you can’t see it. As your lashes grow as part of their usual growth cycle, the new ones will be longer. Much longer.

I used to have fake lashes but I swear by revitalash now. It works better and you don’t have to faff about with infills. The disadvantage is you have to use it for about 6 weeks before the new longer lashes grow through. I used it morning and night for about 6 weeks, and then once the new lashes grew I just use it in the evening to maintain them. Been using it like that since last June.

Rapidlash is amazing!!!!

Honestly my lashes are twice as long

The weird thing is that it took about 4 months to really start working, and then they grew every day for a week

My DH says I need to stop using it as they look like big fake eye lashes

Ok I'm on day 2. Yeah this is gonna be one loooooong thread 😁

It really would help if they combined operations. So much time wasted Blush searching out reviews to weigh up which might be better.

Even though I benefitted from a discount I will be slightly miffed if my Revitalash doesn't ultimately work miracles for me.
