Looking for a really good hairdresser in Central London

My hair is a mess. Thin split and frazzled. Need a good quality cut to sort out, can anyone recommend a hairdresser in central London, don't mind paying a lot as a one off to sort it.

Book in with the boss if you want to splurge. I only use the more junior stylists and have been happy with them. They listen to what you want and make good suggestions.

Nick Bland at Haringtons in Soho - been going to him for years. Really lovely guy and very, very good.
