Sweaty heels

I expect this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything.

I love wearing heels, mainly courts or shoe boots, but hate tights. By mid-morning I feel uncomfortably sweaty. Is there an answer to this? I have tried baby powder, but it gets everywhere and looks a mess, and builds up into horrible clumps. Yuk.
