Shoes that take orthotics?

There was a good thread on this topic 3 years ago, but just wondered if any-one had any updates on a least somewhat stylish shoes that will fit orthotics? I've just got some and to make it even more difficult I have wide feet even without the orthotic. According to the podiatrist if I don't wear them most of the time I'll be heading for cortisone injections or surgery for my Morton's neuroma.

I have Morton's neuroma and it's miserable. I live in Fit Flop boots now it's too cold for Birkenstocks. The insole comes out and you can put your orthotic in. You might need to size up.

Also some trainers can be good again you may have to size up. My only vaguely smart footwear these days is a pair of wide fit brogues I think from Jones.

Hotter shoes are good as well

Most shoes will if you go up a size.
I bought wooden shoe stretchers from Amazon and have stretched all my DMs and other shoes.
My go tos for comfor though are Emu boots, like Uggs but I found more comfortable, in the winter and Alegria Mary Janes in the summer. Algeria are so comfortable with a slight rocker sole. Expensive but my pair are on their 6th year and still VGC.
Alegria also do more smart.

I have mortons. And devilish high arches. I get away with Clark's hamble oaks, in wide, and their wirder fitting boots - the ones with the more rounded toes. Sometimes I go half a size up in my normal width fitting. Do you have toe spacers as well? I found those made the biggest difference for me.

More styles in the US. I bought some from Amazon.com and even with postage and duty didn't cost any more.
